These terms apply when you use the KiiNDSOULS online store or place an order with us. KiiNDSOULS is operated by KIIND SOULS LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16108657. Our registered office is 6b Park Farm, Thorney, Peterborough, United Kingdom, PE6 0SY.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens and production batches. All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment methods available to you are those displayed at checkout.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid for that order.

Delivery

Delivery options and charges are set out on our Shipping page and are also shown at checkout where applicable. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally processed the same day. Delivery times can vary by destination, service and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds page explains how eligible items can be returned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your use of this site

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The KiiNDSOULS name, logos, product artwork, photographs, copy and other original store content are owned by or licensed to KIIND SOULS LIMITED and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law where you live.
