What is KiiNDSOULS?
KiiNDSOULS creates oversized streetwear built around real feelings, resilience and connection. The clothing is fashion-first, with meaning built into the design rather than added afterwards.
How does KiiNDSOULS clothing fit?
Our current hoodies, T-shirts and sweatshirts are designed with a relaxed oversized fit. Choose your usual size for the intended fit, or compare a garment you already own with the size guide on each product page if you prefer a closer fit.
What fabric weights do you use?
Our current range includes 200gsm T-shirts, a 300gsm sweatshirt and 400gsm heavyweight hoodies. Exact fabric, finish and construction details are listed on each product page.
How does Build Your Rotation work?
Add any two eligible pieces and 10% is applied automatically. Add three or more eligible pieces and 15% is applied automatically. No discount code is needed.
How much is UK delivery?
UK Standard delivery is £4.99 and is free on orders of £50 or more. UK Express delivery is £6.99.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. US Standard delivery is available. For US customers, the shipping charge is shown at checkout in USD and is based on our £23.99 base shipping rate.
Do you ship elsewhere internationally?
Not yet. We are enabling additional countries only after their shipping and checkout journey has been fully tested.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are normally processed the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
We send tracking by email when your order ships. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If you have not received an update within three business days, email info@kiindsouls.com.
Can I return an item?
For eligible online purchases, you can tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email info@kiindsouls.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos where helpful. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by our returns policy.
How should I care for my KiiNDSOULS clothing?
Follow the care label inside the garment. This is the best way to protect the fabric, print and raised graphic details.
Is KiiNDSOULS a mental health service?
No. KiiNDSOULS is a clothing brand. Our messages can encourage connection and honest conversation, but they are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment.
