Refund & Returns Policy

At KiiNDSOULS, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


 
1. Returns Eligibility

✅ Accepted:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags

  • Faulty or defective items (report within 7 days of delivery)

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)

  • Items damaged due to misuse


 
2. How to Return
  1. Email Us: Contact info@kiindsouls.com within 14 days to request a return. Include:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you’re returning

    • Reason for return

  2. Ship It Back:

    • We’ll provide a return address (UK-based returns only).

    • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

  3. Wait for Processing:

    • Refunds/exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.


 
3. Refunds
  • Approved returns: Refund issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Sale items: Refunded at the purchase price.

⚠️ Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


 
4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at info@kiindsouls.com with photos/video proof.

  2. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.


 
5. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed. Email us immediately.
